Her appointment had created a surprise in a watchmaking world largely run by men, almost always from the inner circle. After a little over a year at the head of the Brassus manufacture, this former Procter & Gamble employee shares her vision of the world of watches.
You who do not come from the watchmaking industry, what is your view of this great independent manufacturer?
I arrived in August 2023, it goes by very quickly! We first did a duo with François Bennahmias, then I took up my duties in January 2024. I didn't know anyone, I focused on meeting the teams and all the brand's partners. It's incredible to see how much of a large family it is. We depend on our subcontractors, our strategic partners, the crafts, and even the schools that provide watchmaking training.
